The views were amazing, lake was really low at the time couldn’t fish but we had a relaxing and peaceful stay! Connie was a very nice lady and very helpful and even let us check in early! Cant wait to go back next year!

The cabin and property was more than we had hoped for. This was an amazing getaway. For being a 100 year old cabin this had plenty of modern convenience, while maintaining a lot of that historic charm. The landscaping really surprised me. The hosts and my tastes were very similar. Nice little ponds, and eating areas, and we weren’t expecting any of this.We loved the cabin and property like it was our own.

We loved our time at this beautiful property! Such a great spot for enjoying Vallecito, and the owners are so generous to give access to their paddle boat, kayaks, etc. Connie was a wonderful host and great communicator.

A little slice of heaven! I believe this is the best spot on the lake, beautiful location, quiet and peaceful. Wildlife at your doorstep... Everything was as described and more! Fishing was fantastic. We had a wonderful time. Wish we could have stayed longer!So, if you are looking for a get-a-way in a cool mountain cabin retreat, this is the place to go! Great host, she made sure we were satisfied with everything, and if we needed anything from her just to give her a call. The lake view---spectacular! pines, aspens. clear blue water, great weather WOW, can' wait to go back. We WILL be booking another stay. Wonderful memories!!!!!

Great rustic cabin , property was beautiful, great for family. Lakefront beach was perfect for Kayaks and paddle boards. Had a great time, will return. Host was friendly and checked in on us to make sure all ok. Very nice place to be and people

Excellent rustic cabin

Connie and Brad were excellent hosts and the cabin was very comfortable. The location was secluded and very quiet. The family loved it. The kids especially enjoyed the hot tub.

Nice cottage, direct access to the lake, good to use as a base to explore the surrounding areas. Hot tub and kayaks were an added bonus. Lots of space to sit in the well maintained garden. Saw deer, rabbits, chipmunks, squirrels in the garden.

We loved the cabin! It was so quaint and adorable! We are a family of three, so the cabin was perfect for us! And such a fabulous location and view! We will definitely return one day!

Perfect little vaca spot

Beautiful property with great views. Lots of things to do. Right off the hiking trail and the lake. Hot tub was perfect at night. Can't wait to go back.

Great Getaway!

Very beautiful property and well cared for! We loved being so close to the lake where the fishing was great. It was nice to be on the quiet side of the lake without very many people or traffic. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would love to visit again!

Nice little getaway in the mountains the shower needs some up dating and there are 5 TVS in the house but they only work for about 20 min then buffer for another 30 min but over all nice place to stay

Can't beat being on the lake!

We greatly enjoyed being right on the lake! The property has a beautifully maintained outdoor area with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the view. Lots of lake toys included with the rental and fishing was excellent during our stay. Also, can't beat sitting in the hot tub at night and enjoying the stars!

Beautiful

My family and I had an amazing time. We loved the location it was far enough that my little ones could sing and happily shout as loud as they wanted and not disturb any neighbors. God's beauty is all around this cabin. We can't wait to come again.
