**Vacation in our beautiful, newly remodeled, and 'Black Bear' themed condo within the Pointe Royale gated community, equipped with top amenities! The ground-level condo (only 2 steps up) is located literally right next to the Championship 18-hole Golf Course, tennis courts, pickleball courts, indoor and outdoor pools, and hot tub. Playground, dog parks, trails and a gorgeous clubhouse with a restaurant is also located right next to the Condo!

**"The Black Bear", has all the comforts of home and more. Enjoy high-speed WiFi and cable TV, ensuring you stay connected and entertained during your stay. The spacious king-size bed, complete with a brand new foam mattress and topper, promises a restful night's sleep. Additional comfort is provided by a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa, ideal for accommodating extra guests. Wake up to stunning views and catch a glimpse of early morning golfers while sipping your coffee on the patio. Washer & dryer is in the unit.

**Just two miles from moonshine beach. Located only four miles from Branson's famous Strip, Shopping, Silver Dollar city, shows, zip lines, cave tours, nature hikes, boating, fishing, wineries. Fishing right from the bank is allowed (must have fishing license). There's no shortage of fun & relaxation!

**Before you arrive, we'll share a secret code that'll grant you seamless entry into your home-away-from-home throughout your stay. Parking is a breeze with space available directly in front of the condo, allowing for up to two vehicles. Your convenience and comfort are our top priorities, and we aim to make your stay as stress-free as possible.

**At 'The Black Bear,' we extend our warm welcome to our four-legged guests as well! We happily accommodate one dog weighing up to 25 pounds to accompany you during your stay. A one-time pet fee of $75 per stay applies. We kindly request that while you're away from the condo, your furry friend be comfortably crated and not allowed on furniture at any time. This helps ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests. Perfect Getaway

Anna was a wonderful host, very responsive and clear communications. The property itself was so cute, well taken care of and clean and outfitted with everything one could need. For 2 people and a small dog, it was perfect. The location is quiet, close to all clubhouse amenities, and has a lovely view. Furniture was very comfortable and cozy, the bed was very comfortable with a memory foam mattress and all the little touches like kleenex, toiletries, bottled waters in fridge were so appreciated! We look forward to booking the Black Bear Condo every time we come to Branson!

Black Bear Cove

We absolutely loved staying at Black Bear Cove. The place was beautifully decorated with a black bear theme and had a "welcome home" vibe. The condo had everything that we possibly needed to enjoy our trip to Branson. A big plus staying here was also being close to the strip, Silver dollar city, and even close to all the amenities that Point Royal provides as well. Anna was a great host, she check in to make sure things were going well and was quick to answer any questions we had. Our family highly recommends Black Bear Cove and we definitely will be staying here again.

Absolutely Perfect

This property was truly perfect in all ways! The host is amazing and very prompt with communication. The condo had everything anyone could need. If we are in the area again, this is where we will stay!

We had a great experience staying at the Black Bear Condo. It was clean, cozy, and right on the golf course, which we loved. Anna was a perfect host, and we would stay here again!

The condo was excellent. Everything you needed was there. Enjoyed the coffee selections for having my morning coffee on the deck. The condo was well furnished & decorative. Loved the bear theme. Hope to return someday. Steve
