Climb the stairs of this newly remodeled home with great water views and amazing sunrises. The fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining table are in the front room of the house. The master bedroom has a full bath attached and plenty of closet space with a smart TV. The two queen rooms share a full bath at the end of the hall and the back bedroom leads to the back deck and yard. In the back yard there is an outdoor shower and park grill with a picnic table. The laundry room is located downstairs. Beach towels are available upon request before check in day and the clubhouse community pool is available with a $2 deposit per guest for wrist bands. There is also a sound side beach park with grills, children's play equipment, and public restrooms are available. If you want to launch a boat the daily fee is $10 or $25 for multiple days.

Quick Get Away

We enjoyed our weekend get away! We will definitely stay here again. The house was perfect for our small family and mother in law. There was plenty of room and very clean. The house appeared to be freshly decorated. The owners were very responsive and helpful. I would recommend to anyone!

Cute house, very clean, would rent again!

This was a really nice place I was able to find at the last minute for a weekend getaway. It had 3 BR and 2 BA, very tastefully decorated and comfortable for eating, relaxing after a day at the beach. It was located on the bay side, on a quiet street with minimal car traffic. Not a glamorous McMansion but very nice and would definitely rent again from these owners. They were very responsive to any questions I had which made me feel confident since this was the first experience I had renting in OBX. The kitchen had a great selection of cookware, dishes, and glassware. All of the appliances were clean and working properly. A hidden gem - 10/10!

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Home was as described and pictures give a good feel for the home. Flowers and fresh fruit were a nice touch. Was clean and comfortable for a family of 5.

Great Rental

This rental was very clean and just the right amount of room for our family of 6 adults and two babies. It was a great location. They had plenty of dishes to cook with. We really enjoyed the hammock and grill in the yard. Our family enjoyed your rental. Communication was great. Thank you for sharing your rental with our family. The Conley's from Raleigh NC

Pleasant stay.

This house was lovely and just right for us, a family of four. The place was very clean, and very pretty. Location was good, but about a 15 min drive to the beach. There were too many bugs to deal with outside the home so we spent most of the time inside under the cool air. We grilled one day and the bugs are me up. No fault of the home, just the nature of the location. The instructions of how to access the key, all the WiFi and details of the home were clearly laid out. Overall, we loved staying here, the house was perfect for us and we highly recommend this home. Very clean, spacious, great neighborhood and we had everything we needed in the home.
