The house is spacious, but even with a small group it doesn't feel overwhelming. In the resort-style backyard, enjoy the fun-filled setting complete with a heated pool (Please note that during the Winter months the ability to heat a pool is affected by the ambient temperatures outdoors. If temperatures reach below 45°F the pool heater will no longer be effective in heating the pool), spa, multi-use sport court (regulation-sized pickleball, basketball, and volleyball), large 5-hole putting green, ping pong table, fire pit, and more. Access to the 3 car garage is provided as well. The home itself is two stories, has 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms with tasteful and unique design touches throughout.

Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Getting Around:
We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our concierge team is here to assist our guests with enjoying the cities of Phoenix and Scottsdale as well as the surrounding cities, but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own, we provide great info in our digital guidebooks!
