Guest Access:
It's important to note that check in has to be performed before 8pm due to building rules. Some things to consider:
°Visitors are allowed but must be registered with us by providing the full name(s) and ids of visiting parties. If the information is not provided on time the access will be denied. -Gatherings and loud music are prohibited.
-You cannot leave your bags or request towels at the lobby reception. If you need anything you can always ask directly.
°Dogs are welcome any time! However, let us know beforehand so we can consider a special cleaning service at your check out. Any damage done by your furry friend will be charged after checkout.
°Only staying guests may use common areas.
Please note that the building doesn't allow more than 2 or 4 overnight guests per apt (depending on apt characteristics)

Polanco is an elegant and traditional neighborhood located near the historic downtown of Mexico City. An area where you could enjoy life with the highest standards: luxury stores on Presidente Masaryk Avenue coexist with award-winning restaurants and numerous outstanding cultural institutions such as the Soumaya Museum and the Jumex Collection.

This beautiful borough is within walking distance of some of the city's most important museums, such as the National Museum of Anthropology, the Soumaya Museum, the Museum of Modern Art, and Chapultepec Castle.

1. Pujol and Quintonil are two of the best 50 restaurants in the world, so you can't miss them.
2. Visit Lincoln Park, the crown jewel of the neighborhood, where you can jog, stroll or enjoy a coffee in one of the surrounding restaurants.
3. Go shopping at Avenida Masaryk, Polanquito, a cluster of streets with restaurants and stores, or Antara Fashion Hall or El Palacio de los Palacios, two of the city's most sophisticated shopping malls.

If you bring your car, you can park it inside the building.
In this area, you must use parking meters, and public parking lots are available.

°If you bring a car, please register at reception and security will let you know where to park
it. The parking entrance is narrow so large SUVs or vans should be parked on the street.
The area is quite safe.
°If you need to dispose of the trash, you may leave the bags in the bins in the basement
near the emergency stairs.
°On the 4th floor you'll find a rooftop where you can access till 8pm so the guest's of the
4th floor can rest.
You may not leave your bags at the lobby/reception.
In case you need extra cleaning, the service has an additional cost of $650 MX, including taxes (the price may vary depending on the apartment type.
