The villa features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed to offer a peaceful retreat. Sink into the luxurious bedding, adorned with soft linens, and let the sound of the ocean waves lull you into a restful night's sleep. Wake up refreshed and rejuvenated, ready to embrace the day's adventures. Each bedroom provides a queen-size bed as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

Both bathrooms are well-appointed, offering modern fixtures, refreshing showers, and provided with fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries. Whether you prefer a quick rinse or a leisurely soak, these bathrooms provide a refreshing space to start or end your day.

Conveniently situated on the 1st floor (not ground level), this villa offers easy access to the stunning beauty of Amelia Island. Step outside onto your private patio and take in the salty breeze as you sip your morning coffee or relax with a book in hand. Just a few steps away, you'll find yourself by the pool or on the sandy shores, ready to indulge in beachside bliss.

This property is NOT pet-friendly (no pets permitted).

No smoking of any kind, including vaping, in the property or anywhere on the complex grounds including the beach boardwalk and parking lot. NO SMOKING!

Available covered and open parking. Parking pass must be visible through windshield otherwise subject to towing at your expense. Maximum two vehicles per property. Parking passes provided via the Guest Welcome Notebook inside the property.

Sand Dollar Vacation Rentals does not provide or guarantee beach chairs or like accessories, but previous guests may leave such behind.

Check-in is 4pm EST and Check-out is 10am EST (There are no early or late check-ins/check-outs March through November)
Check-in Instructions will be emailed to the booking guest 24 to 12 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
