MTB trip with friends

We had a great time for our weekend getaway. House was plenty big for 5 adults with room to spare. They have everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

Family Time

We had a Wonderful time at Creekside Retreat with our 2 adult sons. The house is very lovely with all the amenities we needed. We grilled two afternoons while we were there. We enjoyed listening and watching the small stream from the deck and gazebo.. The room on the 3rd floor (crows nest) was chosen by my oldest son to star gaze. Creekside Retreat was in the Perfect location! We were only 15 minutes from Pisgah National Forest and DuPont state park. This is where we enjoyed our days exploring gorgeous waterfalls. We hope to come back in the near future and explore some more. We will Definitely stay in Creekside Retreat when we do! Thank You Tim (owner) for Always responding quickly to my questions. Looking forward to seeing pics of your future updates! FYI: We tried the Haus Heidelberg German restaurant one evening in Hendersonville. The service was great and the food was delicious!

Unfortunately not as agreed upon- no downstairs bedroom and bath as promised-several inconveniences

Prior to booking I asked to confirm there was a downstairs bedroom and bathroom. My mother is disabled and would require it. Owner messaged back “There is no first floor now, but there will be one in two weeks.” I asked if it would be available upon arrival July 28th. “Yes ma’am.” However, upon arrival there were several rooms that were locked and unavailable. And no downstairs bedroom to be used. That’s the reason we booked this house -for my parents to be on the main floor. Also it would have been good to know the bed in the loft was only an air mattress. There were old very used sponges in the sink for dishes with no replacement. A half roll of paper towels (no replacement) I had to use those to clean the dishes. There was a container of food left in the fridge. The first shot glass I grabbed hadn’t been washed. There were no hand towels in the kitchen or downstairs bathroom. And I only found two towels and washcloths in the master bath. Had to use the two hand towels for the kitchen and 1/2 bath. And only two towels and washcloths in the second bathroom upstairs….Meanwhile the reservation was for six people. Owner was aware we were coming for a wedding, while there was an iron, there was no ironing board as listed and I ended up attempting to iron suits and dresses on the floor and bed. One bedroom upstairs was missing the tv remote. And a suggestion to future guests is to screenshot the message page about codes and wifi because once you arrive at the house t

We really enjoyed the Creekside house! 5 STARS

The house was amazing! Nice place to relax and enjoy the mountain air. The home was very clean and user friendly. It felt like we were really secluded but pretty close to downtown. It was a bummer to not have a washer and dryer but we packed accordingly - the post doesn't mention a washer or dryer. Thanks (Master Tim) as Alexa called him. We hope to be back soon.

A wonderful escape in a beautiful setting?

Tim was so super helpful and responded to me immediately with a question I had. I loved the house and the beautiful surroundings. I will definitely stay there again!
