Enjoy our perfectly located cottage west of Tamiami Trail which is the perfect jumping-off point for any activity. Siesta Key, St. Armands, Lido Beach, or Long Boat Key are a hop, skip, or jump way! Also, downtown Sarasota’s dining & shopping are a quick drive north of the cottage or you can walk or ride bikes to Southside Village Restaurants & Shops. Publix grocery store is only a few minute walk away. So, enjoy the weather, the beautiful neighborhood, and the large backyard for barbecues!

The neighborhood is adorable and great for taking walks along the sidewalk on Osprey Ave. Beautiful homes as far as the eye can see! Inlets down the Sarasota Bay will be at your disposal along any walk north along Osprey Ave.! You'll see neighbors walking, running, or strolling with their dogs frequently. Again, the cottage could not be located in a better location for any activity you are looking to take advantage of!

Back Yard

For allowing up to 4 dogs, as we had three, the backyard is solid dirt. Making for a sweeping and vacuuming daily experience. Property should also have a mop and leaf blower as the large trees in backyard drop all sorts of crap.

Home away from Home

We had an amazing time in Sarasota. The house is lovely and spacious and in the perfect location. We could walk to shops and restaurants or a short drive to the beautiful beaches and St Armand’s circle. Erin and Eric were available if we had questions.

Loved our stay

From the initial booking the host was in contact and was able to accomadate early check-in. We had no issues with the property as it was exactly as advertised. We loved the home and surrounding neighborhood and it was right where we needed to be. We wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Thanks for an amazing experience!

Close to perfect

My son's wedding caused my wife and I concern as it closely followed the Thanksgiving holiday and we had never stayed in The Sarasota... There was so much to do and very little time. Fortunately, our home away from home turned out to be perfect. Close to everything and well equipped for the holiday, our VRBO for the week was fantastic for all aspects of our stay and within 7 miles of the venue...close to perfect.

Working Vacation

I absolutely loved this property. It had all the 50's charm as well as an updated kitchen. It was peaceful, clean and the bed was so comfortable. The location was perfect and Erin was friendly, answered questions and was a wonderful host! I could not have been happier!
