The Phoenix is a new construction duplex that has been designed around your short-term stay!

Three Bed, Two Baths, "The Phoenix" is about renewing your mind and starting fresh again. We aim to support your adventure and leave you feeling encouraged and enlightened.

Great location

We were going to a party on the suspension bridge so the location was perfect. Also close to everything else we did while in Waco. Everything within a couple of miles!

This is a new construction duplex in a quiet suburban neighborhood. The location is right downtown where things like the Silos and The Dr.Pepper Museum are about a mile away but tucked away in a family neighborhood. There is a convenience store and gas station on the corner and you can even walk to the downtown skate park from here!

My property was built for this. I am a realtor but have done several flip projects as well and this new construction duplex was designed by me to make people feel comfortable and inspired. I furnished everything as well and it took a lot of work! I even brought my baby with me to get it all done. The idea behind "Mystical Stays," is to go all out on some really cool themes that set themselves apart from your typical "stay," by really bringing the life of the theme into the property. "The Phoenix" was designed to inspire others about transformation and renewal, overcoming challenges that one might be facing and to finish beautifully. I have stocked the kitchen with all new items, pots, pans, a Nespresso machine, hot tea kettle, tons of bake ware, dishes, and all things you would need to prepare a meal. I also added a cool spot for an instagram photo. Feel free to careful put on the wings and take a photo shoot against the smoke and ash wall.
