We appreciate all feedback, but we were a bit confused receiving this review after reading the following positive email you first sent when you checked out on Saturday at 8:33AM: "Thanks so much!!!! We will be back. Stay safe." It was unfortunate that your visit took place during the heat wave. As you mentioned, we do provide fans for our guests. We were unaware of your need for a different fan and would have appreciated the opportunity to rectify the situation. We try our best to provide the most comfortable accommodations for our guests. We are sorry you misinterpreted the description of our cottage’s location in proximity to the beach as we try to provide a very accurate description (including photos) on the VRBO website. Again, thank you for your compliments and comments and we hope the rest of your Summer is pleasant.
