Welcome to A Frame-ulous Escape. Make yourself at home here. This 1974 Sears Brand Steel A-Frame Cottage+Addition is a Gem. With updated amenities- kitchen, bedroom, new shower new bath tub. New paint inside and out!

We are, Located on the largest deepest and widest Direct To Gulf Canal. Enjoy the pool, fishing, crabbing, kayaking, boating and the Best Views! Huge screened in porch.
Huge wildlife preserve across the street. Weeki wachee is only 3 miles away.

Please note that there are 3 bedrooms. Other beds are new futons (2 queens). All comfortable beds. Each sleeping area, non-bedrooms, have suitcase racks for storage.

You have full access to the entire property.

Fully appointed kitchen with all the cookware you need including specialty spices and pots n pans for fresh catch seafood.

Enjoy mornings and evenings on the Very Large screened-in porch. 350 sq feet of screened in outdoor comfort.

The biggest question: Afternoons in the pool or in the water with the kayaks or a bike ride, maybe a nature walk or take your boat off our dock and head out to the Gulf. Enjoy the setting sun with some grilled steaks and veggies cooked over the charcoal grill. Take a leisurely stroll to one of the many local water-front eateries for dinner.

Rainy? Play inside. Ping Pong table. Games. 2 flat screens with Roku and smart hub.

Other things to note We have full amenities to make a few days or a few months comfortable and memory making. We are a quirky A frame on the Gulf. With a second floor we have a spiral staircase (tall people will need to slightly duck coming down). We have one of the few screened in porches on the Gulf. It’s amazing. It’s the guests favorite feature. But the screens get beat up and there is no charge to anyone to fix it each time. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, we'd love to host you.

Amazing location

The location and coziness of the house was great. Loved the pool area and pier but my favorite spot was the screened in porch! Did not want to leave and will be back!

Two weeks end of March

We stayed for two weeks. The house is simple, nothing big or fancy. We used the kayaks a lot and the bikes that were provided. The pool was nice but with cooler temps overnight, the water was cool all but one day. We felt safe in the neighborhood and attended a few local resturants and bars that were nice, like Sharkys,Lei Lo Tiki Bar. We also kayaked the Weeki Wachee River and saw a manatee. Pine Island Park, a 15 minute drive, was really nice for a small beach and great place for watching the sunset, as was kayaking out to the Gulf (20-30 minutes one-way via kayak). Saw dolphins in the canal and at Pine Island Park. Some simple TLC could add to the home's appeal.

2 Traveling Dogs Approved!

We have traveled full time with our dogs for a decade. And we are in transition right now on a move to Italy. So we were looking for a relaxing and unique stay. We absolutely loved this home. Most importantly, our dogs did too. A nice backyard, dock, screened in porch and more. Niki is an amazing host and we hope to be back soon. Brickle and Fruitycake say thank you!!!

Cute property

This A frame house is very cute and fun! Our group had a great time and enjoyed the porch, although the weather was a bit chilly to stay outside much of the time for a Floridian like me. Weeki Wachee and Tarpon Springs were great low-key activities that worked for our group.

Great family fun

We had a great time at this property for adults two kids located right on the water, plenty of kayaks and local attractions and things to do definitely recommend staying if you’re in the area
