Simple and affordable Quaint Apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, and a hotel style living room turned bedroom.

ROOMS:
This house sleeps 6 guests. Please see below for bed count:

- Bedroom: Queen bed in a private bedroom (Sleeps 2)
- Living room: 2 Queen beds and smart TV (Sleeps 4)

BATHROOM:
1 Full bathroom fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, wash cloths, toilet paper, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN AND DINING:
Fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, coffee maker, stove/oven, refrigerator, and microwave. Dining table with seating provided.

PARKING:
Parking is included on site for 1 vehicle.

LAUNDRY:
There is a laundry closet on site. We have laundry machines which require you to download an application on a smart phone in order to pay for laundry usage.

WHATS INCLUDED:
Iron and ironing board, free wifi.
ESSENTIALS: We provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper /paper towels/soaps) however you may need to buy additional depending on usage.
We can provide a pack-and-play for baby, if requested.

Netflix & Hulu available with your own account.

Guests have access to the entire apartment and common areas.

We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. The best way to communicate with us is through the Airbnb app, however, we only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

Hallandale Beach is a city in South Florida very well known for its beautiful beaches. It is only minutes from the City of Aventura, Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale and about 20 minutes from Miami Beach.

The apartment is in a complex a few blocks from new development, new restaurants, and new stores. Also near is a Walmart Supercenter, a CVS Pharmacy, Walgreens, and many national and local restaurants and supermarkets.

Our neighbors are working class. In front of the complex there is a trailer park for 55+, mainly retired Americans and Canadians.

The apartment is 2 miles from the beach, and close to Aventura Mall, Bal Harbor Mall, Gulfstream Race and Casino, Hard Rock Stadium, Hollywood Beach, Hollywood Boulevard and many more.

•Observe Checkin 4pm and checkout 10am times and instructions. We may be unable to accommodate early checkin, however if it is available we charge $15 per hour. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur up to a $75 fee per hour or portion thereof.

•Absolutely NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS In case of a party or gathering we will cancel your reservation with NO REFUND of unused nights.

•EXTRA GUESTS not allowed without prior authorization.

•No smoking inside $250 fine

•Be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Keep noise down after 9pm.

•Due to the property having a septic tank please ONLY flush toilet paper in toilets.

•We strongly suggest you consider purchasing trip insurance through Airbnb to protect your investment from any unexpected cancellations. We cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy.

- You may get visits from local lizzards and iguanas. Make sure you, your friends and family members are not afraid of them.

•We do inventory after each stay and any missing items, heavily soiled or damaged linen/towels, clogged toilets, excessive dirtiness or indoor smoking will be charged accordingly.
