Explore the world-famous 8th street, mingle with locals, and embrace the rich heritage. This upstairs unit offers convenience and tranquility. There is a shared above ground pool in the yard for you to enjoy on those hot South Florida days. Enjoy one assigned parking space and street parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Experience the essence of Little Havana from our inviting home.

THE ROOMS:

-BEDROOM 1: King bed with Smart TV (Sleeps 2)

-BEDROOM 2: Queen bed with Smart TV (sleeps 2)

-BEDROOM 3: Two Queen beds with Smart TV (Sleeps 4)

SLEEPS 8 total

-2 FULL BATHROOMS with all the essentials including a starter pack of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Any extras may need to be purchased by you depending on the duration of your stay and usage. Towels and washcloths provided.

-LIVING ROOM: Couch with Smart TV

-KITCHEN & DINING: Full kitchen with stove/oven & refrigerator. Fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, coffee pot, toaster oven & microwave. The dining room has a table with seating.

PARKING: FREE Street parking is available on a first come first served basis.

WHAT'S INCLUDED: We provide a starter pack of toilet paper and paper towel for your stay. You may need to purchase additional depending on length of stay and use.
Smart TV & Netflix, must use your own account.

NOTE: neighborhood is going through a gentrification process.

You have exclusive use during your stay of the entire apartment. The backyard is shared. FREE STREET Parking provided on a first come basis.

Please NO PARTIES AND NO SMOKING. Smoking inside the house will incur an additional cleaning fee. You can smoke outside.
Remember that you’re staying at a neighborhood home, not a hotel. we ask that you be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Please treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Thank you
Observe Checkin 4pm and checkout 10am times and instructions. We may be unable to accommodate early checkin, however if it is available we ch•We strongly suggest you consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment from any unexpected covered cancellations. We cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy.

•NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS In case of a party or gathering to avoid cancellation with NO REFUND of unused nights. No Illegal activities allowed.

It is recording 24/7 for security purposes only.
-No indoor cameras or cameras in private places.
•Be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Keep noise down after 9pm and please keep noise to a minimum in the front of the house.

•Due to the property having a septic tank please ONLY flush toilet paper in toilets.

•We do inventory after each stay and any missing items, heavily soiled or damaged linen/towels, clogged toilets, excessive dirtiness or indoor smoking will be charged accordingly.
