The Space:
You’ll have a private entry through front of the home with a designated parking spot for your stay for easy access. Come visit the downtown scene in Oceanside with the newly renewed "Top Gun" house which sits in front of the new Seabird Hotel where you can have a drink at the popular rooftop bar while watching the sunset over the ocean.

Kitchen: Cook scrumptious meals in spacious gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked for your convenience. All necessary appliances including refrigerator, microwave oven, ,etc. are present. Kitchenware and silverware is available to make you feel totally at home. Plan the day’s routine while you sip your morning coffee that awaits you in the chef’s kitchen!

Living and dining space: Spend your leisure time in a bright living room that will surely lift up your mood! Watch your favorite shows on TV or simply enjoy the company of your partner while being cuddled up on the cozy couch. The space also offers a smart round table where you guys can enjoy having meals together.

Bathroom: Two bathrooms that are well maintained with all toiletries present. Towels, toilet papers, hair dryer and cleaning products – everything is present for your comfortable stay.

Guest Access:
The whole home is yours, we do not rent rooms individually.

Property was in good location, clean, newer Property all amenities, but if you like going up and down 3 floors and get your exercise this is for you.

We loved our stay here! Check in process was flawless, and the place was immaculate and modern. Very well stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely book again!

Spacious New Build

The place is spacious, clean, uncluttered, and contemporary. The beds are very comfortable. Restaurants and the beach are a 5-7 minute drive away. The property though is located near the railroad tracks and the freeway. You can hear the commuter and freight trains go by as well as the hum of the freeway. We got used to the noise so it didn’t bother us after a while. Oceanside is a quaint beach town. We love it. The thing that soured our experience was when we received several text messages from the property management company informing us that “elevated noise levels” were reported at the unit, when the only thing my husband and I did was watch TV with the volume turned down. The text warnings continued well into the middle of the night when we were fast asleep. Obviously they did not bother to investigate if the complaint was legitimate. We never received an explanation from the property manager why we received those annoying texts. Hard to imagine making a lot of noise when you’re sleeping.

Nice Home

The house itself was beautiful, but it could have been better stocked. While we had plenty of bath towels and wash cloths, we were left one dish towel and 2 dish rags. None of the beds had a fitted sheet so you sleep directly under the comforter, which I am not a fan of. The upstairs floor was not very clean, like it had not been swept and mopped after the last use. Nothing is within walking distance, but most things are within close driving distance. You can hear the train horn at night, which doesn't bother me but it may some. All in all, the home slept 4 of us very comfortably with room to spread out. I would rent this place again, but request enough dish towels to have on hand.
