This beautiful 1,904 sq. ft. townhome located in Fort Walton Beach and is perfect for families and couples' getaways.

You will love this spacious townhome! All 3 bedrooms are located upstairs as well as 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed (sleeps 2) as well as a sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), its own balcony, and a private bathroom with a stand in shower and Jacuzzi Tub! The second bedroom has a queen-size bed (sleeps 2), and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds (sleeps 2). The second full bathroom upstairs has a tub/shower combo. Upstairs you will also find the washer and dryer. There is also half bathroom downstairs in the living area.

Enjoy preparing any meal in the large fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as a full laundry room with a washer and dryer.
For outdoor activities, you'll find a large back deck with a gas grill and a seating area with a gas fire pit.

- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.

***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies):
Kitchen: 1 roll of paper towels, 60ml bottle of dish soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 Keurig pods, 4 sugar sticks, 4 creamers (2 French vanilla and 2 original), cleaning wipes (15ct.), 3 trash bags, and 2 laundry pods.
Full Bathroom(s): 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 37ml bottle of shampoo, 37ml bottle of conditioner, 37ml bottle of body wash, 37ml bottle of lotion, hand & face bar, massage body bar, and makeup wipes.
Half Bathroom(s): 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand & face bar, and makeup wipes.
