This is your ideal NWA work or play home-base. 2 minutes to I-49, DIRECTLY on the Greenway bike / pedestrian trail. 5 Minutes to the AMP. A beautifully remodeled condo with wood floors throughout, enhancements include new HVAC, lighting and fixtures, appliances, paint, flooring, and furnishings! Abundant natural light, vaulted ceilings, prime location, and beautiful views combine to make this an ideal destination for a clean and comfortable stay. The location is in ideal proximity to dining, shopping, entertainment, and trail & highway access in Northwest Arkansas. In addition, it provides the security of a gated community with resort-style amenities.

The location of this property is unique in that it sits directly on The Razorback Greenway trail, offering you one of the best access points to trail access in the region. Both entrances/exits of the property cross directly over the Greenway. During your stay you're also welcome to use the pool, barbeque grills (seasonal - Memorial Day - Labor Day), or workout gym located on site just steps from your front door.

There's a 2-car garage on the ground level that includes a bicycle tire pump, bike hanging station, and storage for your bikes, helmets and gear + room for your car.
Through the door into the condo you'll ascend your stairs to the living quarters, located wholly on the 2nd floor. At the top of the stairs, is the main entry way with a storage bench / coat rack combo - a perfect place to kick off your shoes and hang your purses, bags, and jackets. There's a coat closet directly across the hallway. A few steps further and you'll find a built-in dedicated desk space that contains details about the condo features and amenities.

The kitchen is furnished with modern appliances enabling you to prepare and host meals for your group, whether it's a home recipe or a simple frozen pizza sort of afternoon. Both the bar and kitchen table will each accommodate up to four guests. Set the mood with dimmable recessed can lights or the low wattage Edison bulb lights above the bar. Open the blinds to get perked in the morning sun via your coffee & tea station - stocked with local coffee (caffeinated) or hot teas (caffeinated and decaffeinated).

The living room is a space designed to make you feel at home and relaxed. A large sectional sofa is the main attraction flanked by a lamp and end tables. An overstuffed bean-bag rests by the window as an inviting space to unwind with a book and a view. A Google Smart Speaker is located in the living space that you can connect with via bluetooth or "Hey Google" command to enjoy your preferred music. A 55" TV with Roku is available for you to stream any of your preferred channels or programs.

The master bedroom, like the rest of the condo, includes all new furniture and furnishings and a pool view, balcony access door, privacy blinds, and black-out curtains. Dimmable recessed lighting with a remote-controlled modern ceiling fan give you the ability to set the right balance for your mood and needs. Rest comfortably on a new Nora 12" memory phone king-sized mattress atop a new modern Kamas upholstered bed. A clock with a phone cradle will wirelessly charge your phone at your bed-side. There's a Roku Smart TV located in the room where you can stream any of your favorite shows.

The master bath includes new fixtures throughout. There's an oversized soaking tub / shower combo. You'll find all the towels and soaps you need for your stay. Extra towels are located in the cabinet opposite the sink. There's a hairdryer located in the drawer under the counter. There's access from the master bath to the master closet which has some extra pillows and plenty of room for your bags and clothes.

The guest room includes an extra large southern-view window, providing great views of Rogers in the winter time, and the feel of privacy in the warmer months when the trees are fully leaved. Rest comfortably on a new Nora 12" memory phone queen-sized mattress atop a modern Zinus Suzanne low-profile platform bed. A remote control fan / lighting for bed-side comfort is located herein. There are wall-mounted reading lamps for your convenience. A clock with USB connection is available for your use. A large closet has plenty of space for all your hang-up clothes and will provide ample storage and during your stay. A 32" TV with Roku is mounted on the wall available for your use during your stay.

The second bathroom, located in the hallway next to the guest bedroom is a full bathroom that has a jacuzzi / jet tub shower combo. Guests will find this bathroom also stocked with towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and a hair dryer for their stay.

The laundry room is located just at the top of the stairs. Therein you'll find a full size washer and dryer available inclusive of laundry soap and dryer sheets available for your use during your stay. Additionally, there's a cordless sweeper, mop, other cleaning supplies, and a ironing board and iron available therein. You'll find the pool towels in the cabinet above the washing machine.

We were thoroughly impressed by this condo! The intentional interior design, impeccable cleanliness, and ideal location exceeded our expectations. Kyle was an exceptional host. Quick Trip to Rogers
Kyle was amazing and so attentive during our stay. The condo was cozy and inviting and we really enjoyed having a nice place to stay that was convenient to everything in Rogers. Will definitely stay again when we come back!

I'm a native Arkansan, and even more uniquely, actually from Northwest Arkansas. I enjoy a plethora of activities, included but not limited to yoga, mountain biking, reading, canoeing and finding the perfect cup of coffee on a warm sunny patio. I have elementary school-aged children and enjoy adventuring near and far with them. We like to bike, watch movies, visit the local climbing gym, and host friends for weekend sleepovers. While I have spent most of my years working for Walmart Corporate, I found myself in a different situation recently and wanted to try something new. I've always felt a bit like a "creator" and decided to try my hand at creating an experience for others in what I felt was a perfect destination for both corporate travelers and weekend adventurers alike. So here we are - I hope you like it! I take pride in ensuring its extremely clean and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay for whatever might have brought you to Northwest Arkansas.

I've lived in this area continuously for 25 years. I've seen a lot of change and lived in quite a few locations. I found the energy, convenience, and amenities in this location to be ideal for someone that would be stopping in for a visit to the area. It has the perfect balance of security and proximity/convenience. You're located on the second floor of a gated community with beautiful views of the city just beyond the privacy of the trees. Descend down the cobblestone driveway through the exit gate and you're now within 0-10 minutes minutes from dozens of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment in both Rogers and Bentonville or able to walk / bike via a dedicated pedestrian trail to a local brewery or any number of wonderful restaurants.
