Everything was not as listed on the website
The owner was nice but difficult to communicate with. I had to download an APP that didnt work when i checked in and so i had to wait until the next day to access the condo. As there were two couples each of us had to pay for a night in a separate motel stay since we could not contact the owner and the DACK APP did not work for some reason. I told the owner we were seniors and needed ground floor unit. The owner told us the condo was on the first floor. As it turns out the unit was on the 4th floor. There was an elevator, but it did not go to the floor our unit was located on, we had to haul bags up a flight of stairs. The lock would not open when we got there. The code did not work properly and would not open the door. When we got there, we were not sure which unit we had. We were told it was on the 3rd floor, but it was not. The next day I had to get up early and travel from our motel room to see if I could get in. I text and asked what the code was again and what unit number was actually ours. I was told for the first time that we were in Unit 4S, the night before we were told we were on the 3rd floor via text. Very frustrating. The unit was clean but dated, and doesn't have sufficient utensils with which to cook or eat. The fireplace in the front room did not work. I would not stay in this place again.
