We had an amazing stay at this OBX rental! The house was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and everything the Outer Banks has to offer, while still being peaceful and relaxing.The home was exactly as described, and you can tell the owners take great care of the property. We especially appreciated how well stocked and welcoming everything felt. It made it easy to settle in and enjoy our vacation from the moment we arrived.Our family made some great memories here, and we would absolutely stay again. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in the OBX, we highly recommend this rental. Five stars!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. As a family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids; 5 to 12yo), we had plenty of room. The kids loved having their own room w double bunk beds. We loved having enough space to enjoy a break when they were asleep. The view was amazing and the entire place was very clean. The only issue for us was that the hot tub was downstairs, not on the main deck. This made it difficult to listen for the kids (we did not get to use it). We would stay here again and recommend it.

Felt at home , plenty of games for the kids and the area itself was around everything! you get a great spot to see the sunset too

We really enjoyed our stay at the rental in Kill Devil Hills. The views are beautiful and the house is perfect for enjoying them. When we were there they had both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig but bring your own coffee to get started - there are also several close by coffee shops and grocery/department stores. Basic spices are provided in a very well appointed kitchen. The property managers were very responsive to a couple of questions, we will definitely rent this property again in the future!

The house was in great condition and the property has a beautiful view of the sunset. The one downside of the house is that the hot tub has no privacy fence on the right side which backs up to public parking lot. There is a lot of traffic during the day with walkers and people watching the sunset. Other than that minor detail we really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful stay in the OBX

An incredible home, exceptionally clean and tastefully furnished! Our group of 8 had plenty of space and felt quite at home. Newly renovated and bright, with plenty of windows/light, overlooking the bay. We wish we could have stayed longer. Connor (host) was amazing, prompt responses and spot on recommendations. Will definitely be back!

House was perfect and as described, we showed up to the property and we had a issue with cleanliness. The house was clean, but windows/tables were dirty still. I sent a message to the owner and they responded immediately and arranged a adhoc cleaning within 30 minutes. Since it was the start of our vacation, it didn't really interrupt out vacation. So many activies Pros - - perfect sunset view, right off the deck. - right next to major groceries and food.- easy access to bike trail.- owner is extremely prompt with responding, she rectified a issue we had within 30 minutes.Cons -- sunset is amazing, a lot of others come to view the sunset at the dock/parking lot.- living room/dining room/kitchen has no privacy. The sun light coming in is amazing, but the parking lot next to house is active. It's a access ramp for boats also. -
