The Boho Bunker is a rustic glamping shed in the Italian mountains near Bologna, Modena and Parma. The cabin is a romantic retreat for 2, has a pergola with barbecue and a shared swimming pool, and outdoor bath.
Space
Situated in the Italian Apennines. It sleeps two people, and consists of a comfortable double bed, with crisp clean linen, 2 armchairs, dining table and two chairs. A fridge, sink, small kitchen cabinet, gas hob. Kettle and toaster. Crockery/cutlery/pots. Shower room with H & C water, ecological toilet (composting). Towels/tea towels also provided. Outside there is a patio area with barbecue, outdoor table and chairs, sun loungers, hammock and above ground swimming pool. At night the outdoor area will be illuminated by pretty solar strings. WIFI on site, but not in the cabin. Hair dryer, straighteners and iron available upon request. Guests will be welcome to help themselves to seasonal garden vegetables and fresh eggs when available. A selection of fresh herbs will also grow near the barbecue area. We are located 1.5 hours from both Parma and Bologna airports. So our guests won't need to go shopping on arrival day we offer a complimentary welcome basket, (for weekly rentals) with wine, bread, pasta, sauce, tea, coffee and a range of Italian delicacies. Alternatively they can choose to have a 3 course meal cooked on site with wine for 30 euros each. Please note this is "glamping" like camping, but more comfortable, a bed in a shed. Cooler than a tent, but not a hotel.
Other things to keep in mind
This is 'glamorous camping' It is rural and rustic, we have pets and live with nature, there will be wildlife, birds, bugs, cats, chickens and dogs. If you have any allergies, fears or dislikes for any of these, we recommend that you take them into account when choosing this vacation. As with the campsite there are no external locks, all valuables must be kept with you, alternatively your host will store them for you in the main house. We have mountain spring water so we encourage guests to refrain from bringing plastic bottles, we operate a zero waste policy so any rubbish or recycling should be removed on departure and left in the village bins.
