#2 If the property is in a very poor state of cleanliness after your departure, beyond what a courteous guest leaves it.
Eg Leaving pots and pans in the kitchen, excess garbage in the cans, stains on the floor, dirty walls, these are examples of poor conditions.
We will make an additional charge of $100 usd

#3 No visitors not listed on your reservation
If it is not mentioned that you will be in the reservation, the fee will be charged that is marked in the application at that time as an additional guest.

#11 Dangerous dog breeds are not allowed on the property.

#12 Dogs are not allowed to enter the pool. (In case of non-compliance with this rule, an extra charge of $180 will be made for cleaning and maintenance of the treatment plant)

#13 Your pets' waste must be collected. In the event of any issues related to this matter, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

# 14 If guests wish to bring more than one pet, an additional fee equal to that of the first pet will be applied.
