**For guests planning extended stays of 20 days or longer, mid-stay cleanings will be required. An additional cleaning fee will be charged separately upon confirmation of booking to cover this service. A signed lease agreement will also be required

- Quiet hours are 9:00p-8:00a
- Sound during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area
- Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated area

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

- We utilize a Ring Doorbell camera with audio to ensure guests do not have trouble accessing the unit. It will be on during your stay.
- Guests are required by the HOA to fill out a registration form before receiving your door code.
