I loved this bright clean space in the loft! It was a really great experience and would highly reccomend. Their home and neighborhood is gorgeous!

The scape Cod loft was perfect for my golfing trip. Close to restaurants and amazing courses. I highly recommend! Thank you Nick for a wonderful stay.

Lovely and clean lower Cape stay!

I've stayed here twice and definitely plan on coming back. This is a lovely and clean loft in a great location on the lower Cape!

Cozy, clean and comfortable stay in Bourne!

Great little place super close to Sagamore Beach in a quiet neighborhood. Host was easy to communicate with, and the accommodations were immaculate and incredibly comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Perfect place to stay for a weekend

Coming up for a weekend, and a what an amazing little space. Can't recommend enough. Although it's quite close to the host family, I felt that I had all the privacy and space I could have needed, and the property manager was super quick and helpful with all questions.

Excellent loft, clean, well located near Sagamore Beach. Day of our arrival, the power went out for 12 hours and our host had lanterns ready!. Amazing.

Cape Cod Loft was extremely clean, very quiet, and comfortable beds. The furnishings are nicely done and the property and neighborhood are excellent. The “kitchenette” is very basic, it’s more like what a hotel provides than a kitchenette. The host provided an extra very nice air mattress for the night our granddaughters stayed with us. We were concerned about the traffic staying on the Sagamore side of the bridge but because it’s located very close to the bridge we had no trouble crossing over to the Cape, which we did numerous times during our 4 nights stay. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay in Cape Cod

This loft was exactly as it was listed. It was very clean and simple and provided a cozy and peaceful place to come back to after a long day in the sun and exploring Cape Cod. It was very private and we felt very safe in this nice neighborhood. We used the queen bed and the queen air mattress that the host kindly put up for us. There was a Keurig, microwave, and mini fridge that worked perfect for a few groceries, drinks, and leftovers from the great restaurants the host recommended. This was our first time visiting the New England region and we had the best time! Many thanks to the host for allowing us to stay in this beautiful property.

Impeccable loft unit walking distance to beach

5 stars for cleanliness, atmosphere, and ease of access. This is a lovely studio loft with private access and consciousness owners. I love the Cape and though I grew up spending summers in Harwich, I always wanted to explore Bourne and the beaches further inland. This was the perfect opportunity to do so. The place is impeccable with new amenities and clean, basic appliances. Great shower and comfy bed, with sleeping and lounging room for additional guests. Walking distance to beach in a pleasant neighborhood. Quick trip to Logan. Cannot recommend enough! I'll be staying here again soon.

We loved our cozy air b&b in Sagamore Beach/Bourne. Adorable, comfy and absolutely immaculate. I was amazed at how clean it was. The bedding was so comfy, like sleeping on puffy clouds. Water pressure in the shower was good. The neighborhood was really nice, quiet. Would go back.

This is a great property located in a beautiful neighborhood. Loft is spacious, clean, and in a good location . Nick is a great host! I highly recommend if this is the area you are looking for. Convenient to the Cape and Boston.
