Say hello to your home away from home! This 2023-built private cabin is loaded with opportunities for family fun. Heated pool, hot tub, arcade/game room, outdoor furniture, some board games, and smart TV’s. At just 10-15 minutes away from many of the many nearby attractions of Sevierville and Pigeon Forge and just a bit longer drive to Gatlinburg and other areas, the location is far enough to feel away from town and still a comfortable distance away from neighbors. Lower-traffic dead end street.

The cabin is laid out with one bedroom, one en suite full bathroom, kitchen, dining room, front porch with stairs going to the 3 car wide driveway, and a closed deck in back on the main level. On the second level is one bedroom with one en suite full bathroom and a bunk bed with 2 twin beds. The basement has the game room, ~5 foot deep heated pool, a full bathroom, deck with stair access to the yard, and the hot tub with seating for 4. Both bedrooms and the bunk bed night stand include access to dedicated USB chargers (see photo). The Wi-Fi is able to provide internet service speeds up to 1,200Mb/s and there is a strong AT&T cell phone booster to improve your texting and calling capabilities.

The hot tub is professionally cleaned between every guest reservation, being emptied and refilled every time. The heated pool is cleaned every Friday to have levels within specification while maintaining a temperature of about 84 degrees Fahrenheit for maximum cleanliness, however 84 degrees may still seem cold to some swimmers.

Go karts, golf, mini golf, frisbee golf, aquarium, Sevierville Air Trampoline and Ninja Warrior Park, Aerial Adventure Park, museums, fishing, skiing, horseback riding, tubing, roller coasters, indoor shooting, sky lift, archery, dinner shows, water park, moonshine distillery, foam warrior fighting, ax throwing, bowling, lazer/laser tag, paintball, ATV/4-wheeling, Rain Forest Adventures Zoo, Outdoor Gravity Park, Mountain Monster Ride, Bluff Mountain Fire Tower, and so much more!

Notes for guests:
• Being a brand new construction cabin, the yard is not installed yet and is currently dirt/mud so please stay out of the rough graded dirt. There are also some other cabins that are still being constructed in the area, so there may be some construction traffic or work sites nearby.
• Keep the indoor stair steps as clean as possible. They need more stain and to be sealed before they potentially get stains on the unfinished wood.
• The Wi-Fi password is bliss123 is for the network named “Bear Valley Bliss (Guest)”
• Cell phone reception is limited at this time. We are working on getting cell phone boosters for major cell phone carriers.
• The water is from a well and runs through a water softener.
• The sewer system is septic, so only waste water, human waste, and toilet paper.
• The door code to the pool room doors is the same for each of the 3 of them. They are self-lock for safety/security reasons and to prevent little ones from gaining unattended access.
• Absolutely no additives are to be used with the pool nor the hot tub. $1,000 fee.
• Pool disclaimers: Swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times, and no diving.
• Bears are fairly common in the area. We usually see them in the road. Trash needs to be secured so the bears don’t make a mess and keep coming back to find food.
• Do not overfill the washer nor dryer.
• When you are away from the cabin, please be certain that you have locked all exterior windows and doors. The front door lock can be locked by simply tapping the “Lock” icon in the lower right corner of the display.
• No fires allowed.
• No pets/animals. $500 fee.
• Absolutely no smoking. $500 fee.
• Late checkout is a $300 fee.
• Checkout time is no later than 10:00am on the day of checkout.
• Checkout instructions:
◦ Hand wash, dry, and put away large dishes.
◦ Run dishwasher if any medium-small dishes remain.
◦ Sign out of all smart TV accounts.
◦ Turn off all TV’s, fans, and lights.
◦ Store trash in the bear-proof trash cage (having installed soon) next to the driveway and ensure it is securely shut.
◦ Close and lock all windows and doors.
◦ Send us a message to let us know that you have departed.
