This was a great property for our family vacation. The pool was clean, house was clean and well kept asking with great AC during the hot days. We brought two little dogs and the fenced in back yard was perfect for them to run around in. Matt and Lisa were excellent about communication. Would definitely stay again, thanks!

We recently had an absolutely fantastic experience staying here with our kids during spring break. The place exceeded our expectations and was beautifully maintained, making us feel like we could stay there forever. My kids couldn’t stop talking about how cool our house was, and that says something coming from a 9-year-old and a 13-year-old. We’re definitely planning to return to this house or one of Matt and Lisa’s other properties in Havasu. We’re so glad we found them!

Will stay here whenever in Havasu

The house is just as nice if not nicer than it looks in the photos. Exceeded every expectation. Very clean, well decorated, and it was a nice touch to have the guest book for people to sign that have stayed there! I would highly recommend staying here!
