Gorgeous Moab Condo

Relax with the whole family in our 3 Bedroom 3 Bath condo. We loved staying here so much we decided to buy it and share it with you.
If you need to wrench on your Jeep or your Bike you're going to LOVE the huge garage. We've installed BIKE RACKS and a BIKE REPAIR STATION.
When the trails end and it's time to relax, you can swim in one of the TWO POOLS or unwind in the hot tub. Pool towels included.
Bringing a trailer queen? There is ample truck and trailer parking just a few feet away.
***JUST ADDED *** New couches, sofa bed, ping pong table, and TWO 70" TV's.
There are two cameras on the property. One in the garage and one above the front door. Both are capable of recording short snippets of audio and video and are intended for guest and property safety and security.

Very comfortable and well stocked home. If you like to prepare food at home, you will love the kitchen here. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and nice. We would stay here again.

The bed was comfortable and the condo was very clean. Communication was excellent with Dustin. The condo was in a great location between Arches NP and Canyonlands NP and also very convenient to shops & restaurants in Moab.

The condo is in a very nice neighborhood and was supplied with everything that was needed for a great stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great stay for seeing the national parks

Stayed here while we visited Arches, Canyonlands, and Mesa Verde. The house was clean and fit our needs perfectly. The host was very quick to respond to texts. We had a great stay.

Clean and comfortable, great place!

Visiting Moab to relax and do some 4-wheeling. The location was convenient and easy to access, everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Moab trip

Check in was a breeze. The pools and hot tub were close by and clean. We had enough space for 5 of us. The garage was a plus. The only negative was not being informed that the dryer did not work, which would have been nice to know before we started laundry. The location is on edge of town and close to all the Arches NP and tours. We had a great time overall!

Awesome place, views and ping pong table

Owner very responsive, great place, location a few miles from Moab provide beautiful views. Ping-pong table and net best I've every played on. My friend commented on the amazing sharp and abundant knives (virtually unheard of for a rental) THANKS!

Great pad for MTB group

Very quiet neighborhood, easy access to town and to all the major trail systems! Spacious enough for 5 adults. Patio w/grill! MTB work station and bike racks in garage were a great bonus. Host, Dustin was Johnny-on-the-spot with all communications. Will definitely stay here again! 5 stars all the way around!

Home base for daily dual-sport rides

Large garage, good selection of cooking supplies including an electric griddle, close to the pool and hot tub. The small mattresses were coil spring and not the most comfortable for adults but we did bring sleeping pads along so it wasn't an issue.

We loved staying at this condo. Our kids played in the pool every day. We enjoyed relaxing in the air conditioned house. We also enjoyed visiting various parts of Moab and eating good food. Great location!

Awesome property with everything we needed. Very clean, comfortable beds and couches. Would definitely stay here again. We would recommend putting together a book with where everything is in the house and how to use the thermostat ect. Would love to see some recommendations on where to eat and your favorite excursions and things to see

Our desert retreat.

This home was a delightful base for our multigenerational family. Some wanted to hike and some wanted to relax. We found everything needed for breakfast prep. Very comfortable.

Excellent!

Our stay went wonderfully! The host was very communicative- we had a minor issue on our first day and he very quickly was on top of it. Better service than a hotel front desk. The condo fit our family perfectly, it was incredibly clean, convenient to the pool, and right next to the dumpster. It was completely stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. We saved this for our next southern Utah trip!!!

one night with family of 6

stayed for one night before checking in to under canvas moab. in a complex with many other condos/townhouses. basics were there. plenty of towels. we weren’t able to turn the ac down below 70 at night which was a negative for us. they did have fans for each room which was appreciated.felt it was expensive for what it was but overall satisfied with our stay.

Enjoyed Moab

Great stay..This place was spacious and clean. We were only there 2 nights but we found all the cooking supplies we needed. Beds were comfortable and seemed to be of good qualiy. My 2 kids thought it was great to have a loft with TV all to themselves. They also enjoyed the ping pong table. Washer and dryer was a plus. Towels were plentiful and even beach towels were available. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool was clean. We would stay there again.

Clean and basic

This condo was clean. The space was pretty tight upstairs in the twin beds room and where the pull out couch was. It was just smaller than I envisioned. The window in the master bedroom looked out right on the driveway of the next condo and there was a truck literally 6 inches away from our window so no privacy unless the blinds were closed. There is one very small hot tub for the whole neighborhood and it was full of drinking adults every time my teenagers tried to go out there so that was a bit of a bummer. The price was good and the management was good and the location is good - and there is a nice view in the living room area.
