My family and I had a great time at Jason's home. The space was perfect for our family of four and the back yard was a huge for our kids. Jason was available and communiive throughout our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and we were a short walk from restaurants, mini golf and a movie theater. We will definitely be staying at Jason's again the next time we visit!

Great time in Alameda

Cozy, clean and convenient

Great location and everything was true to the listing. The house is warm, functional and centrally located. We had a great stay and would recommend to anyone who has family and/or friends in the Easybayand needs a safe place to land and decompress. I would definitely stay here again!

Cute and clean little house with great outdoor space

This property was a perfect rental for my family. Comfortable, quiet neighborhood, close to everything and easy communication with the host. The kids room and enclosed backyard made it easy to entertain the kids when we weren’t out exploring the Bay Area. Plenty of parking on the street plus a dedicated parking space was another big win, as anyone who has spent time in this area is aware of. I hope this property is available for booking next time I’m visiting the East Bay.

Lovely island stay

The house is just right- clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. Spending time in the beautiful garden patio and enjoying the tree that provided delicious oranges, we had a most wonderful weekend. I would recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We felt very comfortable in this accommodation and its surroundings. San Francisco and Oakland are very easy to reach by car and bus/train/ferry. We had a wonderful time.

Home away from home

This home offered everything we could possibly need. It was spacious and had a beautiful back yard with an orange tree and outdoor lights . The private driveway was a big plus along with a large dining room and kitchen was perfect for cooking lots of family meals . The host was responsive to any questions in a prompt and friendly manner . We highly recommend this property and will not hesitate to stay again

The property wasnt to bad. The point of contact in charge of the property was helpful and answered our questions very quickly. The beds were super firm, so if you like that then youre in luck. My biggest issue was feont door. It wouldnt lock unless the deadbolt was locked, otherwise it wouldnt close, so that was a huge red flag. Security of the home was not up to par. But other than that the home was nice!

Cute and cozy

Loved this little gem, the neighborhood was quiet, the backyard was so cute, extremely family friendly, my daughter loved all the books and dolls that were left for her to play with. The legos were left out, and she got to them before I did so I hope I found all the pieces. We felt very comfortable in the home, and was spacious enough for my family. Only downside was the toilet it wouldn’t flush after a certain point so my hubby had to fix the chain and when we did you had to hold the knob down for 30+ seconds for it to flush, common in older homes so nothing to major, just a heads up for next guests.

A Treasure!

Loved everything about our stay in this wonderful house. It has very modern amenities with some old fashioned subtleties. The whole time, we felt like we were not next to the mega-metropolitan Bay Area. I guess Alameda Island is known for being very different from its surrounding areas. You also have a private driveway. The location was perfect. Not too far from all the parks and restaurants on Alameda island or SF or Oakland and Berkeley. We were able to walk to our favorite Alameda restaurants: Cholita Linda for the best fish tacos you’ll ever eat. And Burma Superstar for a fancier gourmet dinner. And we were only 20 minutes away from our favorite restaurant on Earth, Los Moles in Emeryville. The house had everything we needed. Towels, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked in case you want to throw down. Laundry room as well. Our daughter loved starting the robot vacuum and following it all through the house. The major bonus was the incredible backyard. This house has the biggest orange tree we’ve ever seen. There is also a pole you can use to pick from the hundreds of ripe oranges. We ate delicious oranges everyday for breakfast. The backyard is so peaceful and relaxing. This house was worth every penny and it made our trip to the Bay Area a dream come true!
