Great location, super comfortable.

A super clean & cozy condo, this place is in a perfect location for what we needed. I did find it odd that the instructions said absolutely no parties or noise between 10 pm & 8 pm, test the upstairs folks seemed to pace incessantly from 12am-3am, & again at 7am in what seemed to be steel-toed boots or wooden clogs. I would also suggest a deadbolt that the only guests have access to, as it was a bit uncomfortable not knowing how many people have the code. Otherwise it was great!

Description doesn't seem to match property

When you walk in the property looks nice, but there were serious issues. We booked this for our family of four. The property claims in the description that it has 2 queen beds and one pull out couch. I believe the property actually has 2 Full size beds (smaller than queen beds) & there is no pull out couch. Also, the mattresses on these beds were the most uncomfortable mattresses we have ever slept on. They are rock hard. Another issue is that there are tenants on the top floor and there are interior stairs in between the top and bottom units. The problem is there is no physical deadbolt or chain on our door to the stairs, so conceivably the upper tenants might be able to come down the stairs and enter the unit if they posses a key, which is not a comfortable feeling especially because there was a light on in the stairs in the middle of the night. For peace of mind there needs to be a deadbolt or chain on the door. Lastly, there is only one tiny bathroom in the home and it has the worlds smallest sink and is so close to the wall and cramped that you physically can't wash your face. Our entire family had to use the kitchen sink to brush our teeth and wash up. What made all these issues worse is the communication with the owner was non-existent. They didn't check in on us or provide us with any additional info other than the door lock code. Overall it was not a great stay, but if the owner addresses these issues then maybe it can be much better as the location is nice.
