The Highland Getaway

Summary:
This renovated clean apartment is in an great location in one of the best neighborhoods in Ohio. This walkable location is easy access to lots of top dinning and shopping in Columbus, as well as is central to the surrounding city and a quick drive to any part of Columbus.

The Space:
Our 1 bedroom apartment has been renovated and is designed with you in mind. A very comfortable bed, with new bedding and a good dedicated work space in the bedroom. The living room is well appointed to be a comfort space to relax and unwind. The kitchen is fully stocked, and ready to prepare a meal with your group.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full exclusive access to our 1 bedroom apartment. The exterior space and parking lot is shared with our neighbors in the building.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
