✔ We are pet friendly and just require a $75 pet fee for up to 2 pets. More than 2 pets upon approval.
✘ Our neighbors are nice people, we ask our guests to not have parties or events.
✘ We ask that you do not smoke inside the house, please.
✔ There is 1 outdoor security camera surveillance at the front door for self check-in confirmation.
✔ We ask that you report damages to our staff immediately to avoid additional replacement fee's.
✔ Our home is 100% self-checkin so we require guests to complete a digital rental agreement and check-in form 30 days before arrival to gain access to the home.
✔ Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
✔ If water and electric bill are over a combined $400 per month, guest will be responsible for the amount over $400.

NOTE ABOUT PARKING: Trailers are not to be parked in the driveway. We allow two parking spots, one in the garage and one right outside the garage. Anything else has to be parked on the street.

Tropical Storms and Hurricanes:
Florida is prone to tropical storms and hurricanes. We recommend all travelers to purchase insurance to cover any travel disruptions that may arise from these occurences as refunds will not be granted for undesirable weather conditions.

Please be aware that weather-related communication issues might affect our contact with you, but we'll do our best to connect and address any concerns.

Our property is in a tropical climate zone, so you might encounter creatures like snakes, insects, and raccoons. While they're rare, we're required to inform you about the possibility of encountering them. We have pest control measures in place, and if you see any, please message us on Airbnb for quick action.

Lastly, while our property is family-friendly, it's not entirely child-proof. Parents with small children need to supervise them at all times and assume liability. HDJus
