To comply with our city permit, there is a $35 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out.

If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag.

Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our 'things to know' and 'house rules' sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.

$25 per bag of trash left in the fridge, in kitchen or onsite anywhere - this is the law and we must abide by it - all trash must be bagged and put outside upon the end of your stay and taken offsite
$45 dirty dishes fee - our housekeepers will unload dishes or put them away but do not wash dishes or dump trash per the law
