Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The townhouse has a view of a children’s park from the front door. There are two others parks within minutes from the house. Very short drive the the AT&T Stadium , Texas rangers stadium, six flags over Texas, and hurricane harbor. Multiple options for local shopping and dining. Three large hospitals within minutes. This home is a great place to relax after a busy day in the city . No street noise. Twenty minutes or less drive to Dallas or Fort Worth. If you are looking for fine dining, great entertainment or make memories with your love one(s) then this place is for you.

Great for what we needed
The property doesnt look like its been updated since the mid 70's, however, it was perfect for what we needed. The AC and internet worked great, and checking in was incredibly easy. Location was good in a quiet safe neighborhood only about 20 mins from DFW and AT&T Stadium. Home quality and cleanliness is wanting, but if you need a comfortable place to sleep while in town, it is perfect.

Communication was fine and check in was easy. Townhome was not quite what we expected based on the pictures. There were areas of the home that are in need of repair.

Nice place
The price was the same as the hotel we were looking at. The townhome was decorated nicely and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. I will stay again when back in area.

Perfect Stay for family of 8
The townhome's location was very convenient for my visit as it provided easy access to both Dallas and Fort Worth. I was pleased to find a clean and well-maintained place with simple yet comfortable bedding for my family. Overall, it made for a great night's stay.

Great family place
We stayed there to see the eclipse in April 2024. We were pleased, to find a lovely, shady park less than a two minute walk away. The park had picnic tables and benches, a band stand, two different kid's play structures, a fountain, and bronze statues of playing kids scattered around it. It could not have been better for seeing the eclipse. We were so close to the park that we heated up lunch in the microwave and had a hot picnic while watching the eclipse. The house was clean and dust free. The two beds were comfortable. The private outside space is a 10x10 brick patio fenced with 8 foot tall walls on all sides, but covered enough that we could not see the sun. The park was so perfect.

The house was the exact temperature I requested, clean, and easy to find and access. The pillows were a bit flimsy, but otherwise, it was a fantastic stay!

The property managers were awesome. The response time and friendliness were great. I would definitely come back to this location. The neighborhood was cute, and quiet. Would recommend to other people staying in the area.

Beware of plugins
We had a very late check in, which went well however we left and stayed at a hotel due to excessive aromas from the “plugins” had we not been getting in so late we may have been able to open windows and doors and air-ed out the unit. Walk through also revealed this unit wasn’t as clean as expected, stains on carpet and rugs.

December Stay in Pantego TX
The owners/managers did a nice job of decorating this unit for the holidays. It made the townhouse seem very welcoming when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay as it was close to our daughter's house and this rental met our needs. We did find some things that should be addressed, however. The door on the shower stall upstairs doesn't stay closed so would open often during a shower. Some supplies were low--we had to buy our own paper towels and there was only one tablet for the dishwasher. We used the washer and dryer once and discovered there were towels left in the dryer. We found the top of the dryer too dirty to place the clean towels on, so had to clean it before doing that. In fairness, we did not contact the manager about these items. As I said, we did enjoy our stay and the manager was very responsive when we contacted him about adjusting the heat in the unit (which can only be done off-site).

No heat during 47 degree weather
We could not stay there because the heat was not on and it was 47 degrees. Very cold inside. Notified owner who said he had to turn on the heat remotely. He was unable to turn on the heat and said he had to come to the property to investigate why it wasn’t working. He said he was an hour and a half away from the property and could not come until after work. We told him we could not stay in a place that cold.

Thoughtful host gift
This 2 bedroom apartment was just what we needed for our short visit in Pantego. The host left a nice gift and welcome card. The 2 bedrooms and full Bath are upstairs. If you need to hang any clothes, you will need to do that in the coat closet downstairs as the closets in the bedrooms do not have any hanging space and/ or are locked. The heating and air is controlled by the host, though they do respond within a couple of hours to adjust the temperature as you request. Just keep that in mind before it gets too late in the evening! We did not spend much time inside the property as we were there to attend various extended-family functions. but the time we spent in the apartment was pleasant. The host was responsive to any questions or concerns that we had

We really loved the place super homey and great location really appreciated that they had stocked water in the fridge there is a big park right around ghe corner very nice less the 6 miles to AT&T stadium. Very much enjoyed ghe place ........the thermostat is a little to fancy turned heat down to go to bed but next morning it was chilly and then thermostat was locked and needed a code

Updates needed
The location of the place and communication with host was great — the condition of the home wasn’t. Lots and lots of repairs needed: trim off of a stair with exposed nails, outlets missing and uncovered junction boxes, holes in the walls, no sink stoppers, painting needed, doors that don’t latch, gates that barely open, lightbulbs burned out, etc. etc. This home needs a full renovation, deep cleaning, and decorating. Plus — the WiFi is amazingly slow.

Place was pleasant and worked great for what was needed. It's not in a congested area, so getting to and from here is very easy. Neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Amazing Stay..
Property owner always responded quickly back to me with any questions I had, was as advertised with plenty of extras to make you feel at home. Was a quick trip for grandsons to 6 Flags, owner left out extra goodies for boys which they really loved the glow sticks. Will plan on staying again if we have a Travel Ballgame in the area.

Nice place for a short stay
The place was decorated for the season very cutely! I would not say it sleeps 8 as listed in the description, but comfortably fit 4 married adults and 2 kids on the couch.

Quiet Neighborhood
Great Duplex. Master bed was comfortable. Kitchen table was decorated cute. Close to everything if you are going to Fort Worth or Arlington. Great in between, and great price. What I loved the most was park across the street. Play ground for little people and a nice walk for my babies, aka dogs.

We don’t think they were prepared for guests. There was a large dead roach in the floor by front door. The decorative chargers (for plates) on the dining room table were very dusty. There were 2 small ice trays in the freezer but they were empty. The patio had dead plants and leaves, as well as dirty patio furniture. The front yard appeared as if it hadn’t been mowed in weeks! One of the upstairs commodes continually ran and didn’t flush well. There was no remote for the upstairs tv. The grab bar in the tub just sits in the loose holes and don’t serve a purpose. Overall, the property was very dirty and disappointing.
