The lower level has been maximized for flow and comfort with recent 2025 enhancements! A spacious fourth bedroom is tucked away towards back of house and includes an en-suite bathroom, queen bed, Roku TV and large nook area perfect for a small family. The newly renovated rec room features a pool table, kitchenette, and a second living area, ensuring hours of entertainment for all ages!

The upstairs area has a bright, open layout, with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining space that flows into a welcoming living room—ideal for family meals and game nights. Three spacious bedrooms offer comfort and privacy. The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and a king bed for a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom has a custom-built twin-over-queen bunk bed and includes a Roku TV and walk-in closet. The third bedroom is large, with a king bed, desk, and Roku TV, offering a comfortable space for parents or older kids.

The house is equipped with modern technologies including a keyless entry, digital thermostats, Roku TVs throughout, and high speed internet to keep everyone connected.

Save room on hauling extra baby equipment! At the house you will find high chair, pack n' play, sound machine, kid books, toys, and baby gate.

The closet under the stairs houses all the beach equipment you could need - cart, chairs, umbrellas, etc. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the rec room area.

Enjoy the outdoors on the wraparound deck, where you can sip your favorite drink and chat with loved ones. Steps lead up to the top deck perched atop the house with panoramic views of the neighborhood.
