BEDROOMS
All mattresses and pillows are good quality and comfortable. High end sheets and comforters. Master bedroom-king bed with tempur pedic topper ideal for relaxation. 2nd bedroom, queen bed. 3rd bedroom-queen bed.

FAMILY-ROOM
Luxury Natuzzi Italian leather couch in the living room that opens up into a comfortable double bed plus two rollaway beds as well as an oversized L shaped leather couch. Stylish west elm light fixtures and furniture.

LIVING-ROOM:
You first walk into the living room that features an oversized kitchen, fireplace, dining area, yamaha piano, and a comfortable Italian leather queen sleeper sofa.

BATHROOM 1:
Jacuzzi tub (yes with bubbles!), dual sinks and a toilet.

BATHROOM 2:
Shower with rain like experience and a toilet.


PETS: $150 FLAT FEE up to two dogs under 50lbs each (if you have a larger dog please reach out to host to see if we can accommodate that)
Pets MUST be kenneled when you are away! No exceptions! Two kennels are provided.
Pets are NOT allowed on furniture, especially beds. We are sorry but NO cats are allowed due to all furniture being high end leather.

You MUST tell the host that you'll have pets when making an initial inquiry even if it’s a service animal.

Just a 5 min walk (2.5 blocks) to the bay via Morrell St where you can enjoy nightly spectacular Seaworld fireworks (download Seaworld app for schedule). Partial nightly fireworks can be seen from the entrance gate via the easement.

PUBLIC TRANSIT:
Close to transit-bus and trolley.
Bus-walking distance
-Trolley is a short ride at Balboa station.
-Uber and Lyft both work great in this area usually with a very short wait. We will also share with guests a free shuttle resource upon check-in that takes you all over Pacific Beach at NO cost!

NOTES:
Please NO loud parties. Family BBQs and quiet special events are ok limited to the checked in guests(please disclose any special events to hosts prior to booking).

Strictly enforced noise curfew from 9PM-8AM daily!
No smoking at the property.
