This property was a good fit for us. The condo was clean and well maintained. Beach view is blocked a little due to the dunes, however that is expected since it is low floor. Our choice was to sacrifice full beach view for less stairs which was a win for us. Condo was furnished with plenty towels and kitchen items. Hosts were very quick to respond to date change and late arrival instructions.

Great location close to beach walkover. Condo is showing its age and needs updating. Furniture, fixtures, closet doors, paint, etc.Floors are the worst part and look really dirty. Numerous dishes and cookware were dirty and had food/grease residue on them.

The host was very responsive. The condo is a little outdated and could probably use a good deep cleaning. It was still very comfortable and the price was right. It is also beachfront and the location can't really be beat.

The beach was awesome! The location of the unit was perfect (the view would have been better one floor up - but that would mean more stairs).The only negative things are: I wish there would have been more bath towels, and there were no dish rags at all (I had to purchase some and I left one there).

Great Spot For Any Beach Lover

We enjoyed the location and size of the apartment. Right on the beach (Gulf) and the pool was a bonus. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay whole family raved about it, The location with a pool next to it and a gulf view. It was bigger than I expected. We would stay there again!

This is a perfect location - the view of the beach from the balconies is just fantastic. Home was perfect for two small families with children. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 2 adults and 2 children and stayed for a week in June. This was the perfect condo and location for us. The beach view is a little blocked by the sand but that was such a minor detail. Having the shower and pool right next door was so great. We would wash off after the beach and swim for a little bit before dinner. We couldn’t hear the people beside us or next door. The garage was also a great perk and it was easy to pack up and go at the end. The only downside was traffic. There was one night we waited over 45 minutes just to go a few miles to a restaurant. The condition of the condo was great, everything worked and the temperature was very comfortable. We loved the two big couches and big dining room table. And having 3 bathrooms was a luxury I didn’t know I needed for vacation. We will be booking again!

Great location and amenities.

We hard a great time at Starboard village. The condo layout was perfect with bunk beds and 3 bathrooms for our family of 7. The pool was nice and never over crowded.
