Beautifully situated on Long Island (which is reachable by car) in the middle of Lake Winnipesaukee, this classic lake house is a place for summer days spent swimming, kayaking, and taking in the view of the lake across the street. You'll have two kayaks to take out each morning, with Long Island Beach, Moultonborough Town Beach, and a boat ramp easily accessible a quick stroll up the road.

This two-story home takes you back to the lake vacations of your childhood, from the wood-paneled walls to the partially covered deck where you can linger in the afternoon breeze after a day of watersports. There's a gas grill for summer barbecues, a firepit where you can roast marshmallows nightly, and an assortment of board games to play at the dining table overlooking the water. Other bonus features of the house include a desk workspace where you can log onto the WiFi in peace and a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels each evening.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
