The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes 2 twin beds. The two guest rooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: 10-minute walk or bike ride to Boardwalk #9.

Pet Policy: One dog is permitted, 45 lb. maximum weight limit.
