Peaceful Gameday Getaway! Family Friendly

We're Scott and Christie Funderburk, and we're both originally from Texas! But we love Oklahoma and the friendly people here! We love the small-town atmosphere of Stillwater, and the fall is full of fun with football games, family time, and more!

We welcome you to our peaceful place and hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do! We look forward to giving you a chance to unwind after the OSU games and to making some great memories to take back home with you!

This is a quiet neighborhood, so you'll want to ensure it is a great fit for you and your friends or family. We know you'll want plenty of space to spread out, so this is the best place to do that.

Our home comfortably sleeps up to 10 people, and kids are welcome as long as they can swim and an adult is with them at all times for safety reasons. We really value your safety! We also suggest that all guests under 13 or anyone who is not a very good swimmer be accompanied by an adult when outside the home. We want to be especially mindful of our neighbors and their privacy as well.

Please know that it's super important to have only the registered pre-approved guests in our home, and we have 24-hour surveillance cameras around the entire exterior of our home, (except in the ones in the backyard and by the pool will be turned off for your privacy).

We chose to live in this private, secluded neighborhood because it is very safe and tucked away in a beautiful wooded area of Stillwater. Here, we can get away from it all and unwind each day! Yet, it's only 2 miles from Wal-Mart, so it's still super convenient. The backyard is inviting and fun for our family and friends to hang out and relax.

You'll be amazed at the peaceful atmosphere after a fun time at one of the football games, or if you're in town for another reason, we know you'll have a great time here, too!

Our home has so many great amenities that you'll enjoy! The outdoor game room is heated and cooled and features ping-pong, air hockey, foosball, and a TV! It's a great place to enjoy, no matter the weather!

The upstairs theatre room has a comfy, queen-sized futon for sleeping 2, and the leather, reclining couch can accommodate at least 6 guests!

The outdoor back patio has several different seating areas, and you're welcome to adjust the seating to your preferences, such as whether you want to sit around the fire pit. There is another fire pit over by the master bathroom area, and it also has seating around it. We have multiple stand-alone heaters in case the weather is cool.

We have a storm shelter in the garage, so that's an added safety measure. You can also use our attached garage to keep your vehicles out of the sun or rain.
