Summary:
This unique bungalow has a style all its own. Two Swings is your Home away from Home while being close to everything Downtown Tampa has to offer. 10 minute Walk to University of Tampa, 10 minute Walk to Armature Works, 5 minute to Drive to Downtown Tampa - Amalie Arena, Water Street District, Tampa General Hospital and so much more.

The Space:
2 Bedrooms have queen size beds (one with a feather bed, the other is a copper mattress from Nectar - Helps those who sleep hot to keep cool). Both Bedroom have their own dedicated private bath. Both Bedrooms have their own TV's. Hopefully you are seeing the trend here...I designed this AirBnB space for social integration with private quarters. Entertain friends and family while you are in town. There is plenty of parking. Backyard is completely fenced in with fire pit. Firewood is supplied. There is a covered porch with seating and a Weber Grill to cook out. All accompaniments for grilling are supplied. The goal is easy...and no stress. Front Porch has two swings - meant to sip your morning coffee or end the day with a glass of wine and good conversation. I promise you - it is an experience you will be glad you decided to invest in. As your Host I promise you, you will be well taken care of and treated as a 5 star customer.

Guest Access:
Guests will access the home through the front door. The seven digits of your phone number will give you entry through the coded electric lock.

The Neighborhood:
Walkable Neighborhood, two block to Julian B. Lane RiverFront Park in the Riverwalk West District. 20 minute walk to Armature Works and Downtown Tampa.

Getting Around:
Ybor, Amalie Arena, Hyde Park, Davis Island Beach, TIA Airport, Tampa General Hospital, Saint Joseph's Hospital are all a 10 minute drive or less. Armature Works, Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park, Tampa's Famous Riverwalk, and Curtis Hixon Park including the Straz Performing Arts Center and the Tampa Museum of Art are within 5 minutes or less driving, and a 10 to 20 minute walk.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are welcome. Kids are welcome. While the furnishings are nice, they are replaceable. Please don't worry...come enjoy your stay.

Interaction with Guests:
I live close by, so if there are any issues - I normally can handle them within 15 minutes of receiving notice.

Book wrong day but only a day out so it wasn’t going to be booked anyway. Asked to switch to the week after with just a partial refund and even offered to stay extra nights.

The house was very cute and very comfortable. Walking distance to downtown Tampa and the riverwalk was perfect.

Great Stay in Tampa
Me and my wife enjoyed our stay in Tampa at Lisa’s place. Her home was clean and plenty room for the 2 of us. Location was pretty good, 10-15 min walk to downtown and Riverwalk/Bayshore Blvd. Short drive to other neighborhoods like Soho/Hyde Park/airport. Beach is 30-45 depending on traffic. It’s a shame some of the houses in the neighborhood aren’t as pleasing to the eye as the one we stayed in. But we did feel safe. Lisa was very quick to respond to any issues. We had some problems with the front door key pad, but Lisa was quick to take care of us. All amenities you could think of are available. If you’re looking for a quick walk/drive to downtown area/soho/hyde I would recommend this place. Thank you Lisa!

Tampa Retreat
We were very pleased with this house. It was spacious and clean. Location was great. Walking distance to the Museum of Art, dog park, downtown shops, restaurants. Short drive to the Salvador Dali museum which we highly recommend, Tampa Zoo, Busch Gardens. We could have not asked for better treatment from our host. Very responsive to any questions that we had. They supplied us with coffee, waters, firewood for the fire pit in the back yard. I would highly recommend this little gem.

Fabulous property!
Lisa is a wonderful host. The property is beautiful and well kept. The location is ideal. The space is clean and comfortable with terrific attention to detail, and the backyard space is perfectly situated. Lisa attends to every detail and is very conscientious about your comfort. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Tampa. We highly recommend this property.
