Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback regarding your recent stay at "Paws and Keep Calm!" We are thrilled to hear that you had a good experience. We apologize for the delay in entering the home. A lot of times inspectors will report maintenance items or things that need to be addressed prior to the home being rental ready. Our standard check-in time is between 4 and 6 to ensure that each home is prepared to our standards prior to the next guest arriving. As disclosed on the website and in the lease agreement, a “video only” security camera is installed outside the home overlooking the driveway. The audio feature on the camera has been disabled. These cameras are in place for security purposes only. We hope to welcome you back to the Outer Banks again in the near future!

We apologize that the housekeeping was not quite up to our standards and will work with our housekeeping team to address this for future stays. We wanted to mention that the kitchen is being remodeled for 2022, as noted in the property description. The new owner is eager to get this project started! They also purchased a new hot tub cover, which has been delayed due to the manufacturing of items during the pandemic. However, this will be in place before next season! We hope to see you again next year for another memorable Outer Banks vacation!
