A whole house all to yourself in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins.

Minutes from College Ave, you can go north to all the shopping, dining, and entertainment available in Old Town (about 5-10 minutes by car) or you can go south an visit the beautiful campus of Colorado State University (about 5 minutes from the closest corner and 15 minutes to get anywhere on campus). Only10 minutes from the I-25 all of the other treasures in Northern Colorado-Windsor, Timnath, or Loveland are not far away. Or head up into the mountains to enjoy the scenery, hike, fish or swim. Estes Park is 1 hour away, Horsetooth Reservoir is about 20 minutes, and Lory State Park is 25 minutes.

The house is all one level with plenty of space. Relax in the living room with the 65" television that is connected via the available high-speed wifi. Break out one of the provided board games on the coffee or dining room table, or plan a movie night!

The full kitchen means you can whip up a gourmet meal to enjoy in the dining room that easily seats six, but we have additional folding chairs to make room for up to 8. The eat at bar provides extra space to serve or addtional seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots and pans and utensils you should need. We have dishes, cups and silverware for up to 8 guests, including some child friendly options.

1 Full bathroom has a tub/shower combo with toilet and a sink. There is also one additional sink in the hallway just outside the bathroom for additional convenience.

The backyard is an oasis and entertainer's dream. There's an outdoor dining area, barbeque grill, outdoor conversation area and a fire-pit all with comfortable chairs and plenty of space to spread out. Yard games--corn hole, giant jenga, and giant connect 4--are available for guest use.

3 off-street parking spaces prevents any parking issues during the Old Town festivals and CSU activities. We can also have electric bikes delivered from a local for use during your stay (payment for usage would be directly with that company, not with us).
