Not Beach Accessible

The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The home is very beautiful & comfortable. But it’s not beach accessible like the listing says. When you download the app right before check in it clearly states that it is not a beach accessible neighborhood so I’m not sure why it states that it is in the listing. The use of the cart was really nice to have. Just a warning that the owners leave a vehicle in the garage so if your group has more than 2 vehicles, be prepared to find another parking spot. Also, make sure not to have a vehicle even partially in the road while unloading before moving your vehicle to additional parking or you will have security called on you. My vacation haven was ok to deal with but we did get a random $300 charge due to the guests before us putting a hole in the wall. I had to call and dispute and they apologized & said I would be refunded after checkout. They voided the charge but it took a few days to show up in the bank. They did come out same day to treat for roaches & ants so that was good.
