The Space:
As you step inside, you'll be captivated by the open floor plan adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows and soaring wood beam ceilings. The abundance of natural light floods every corner of the home, from the grand foyer to the chef's kitchen and out to the veranda.

High-end espresso hardwood floors complement the freshly painted walls framed by six-inch baseboards. Every room boasts 8ft solid wood doors and casings, while extensive natural stone accents add to the majestic character throughout.

The formal dining room seamlessly connects to the exquisite kitchen, which features a Viking range, dual ovens and microwave, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, matted granite leather-finish countertops, dark wood cabinetry, a walk-in pantry, and a deep, farmhouse copper sink. Whether you're hosting a family gathering or a group of friends, our home offers ample space and luxury amenities to create unforgettable memories.

The driveway accommodates up to ten vehicles, including an RV or boat, with additional parking along the side. The three downstairs suites provide comfort and privacy. Outdoors, you'll find a stunning salt-water pool and hot tub, an invigorating outdoor shower, two fire pits for cozy evenings, a built-in BBQ island, full-sized beach volleyball court, and a covered terrace perfect for lounging and alfresco dining, surrounded by tropical, lush landscaping and water-wise plants. Please be aware: the pool is not heated and does not have the possibility to be heated.

The master bedroom awaits upstairs with its tranquil en suite bath and walk-in, dual-head shower, and large balcony where you can take in the breathtaking views of your private oasis. For a peaceful start to your day, retreat to the upper loft area where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while soaking in the sunrise over the mountains.

When it's time to work remotely, our private executive office downstairs provides a conducive space with its enclosed courtyard, allowing you to find your flow in a serene environment. And for the nature enthusiasts, Lake Hodges beckons, offering a multitude of outdoor activities such as fishing, kayaking, boating, windsurfing, biking, and bird watching.

You'll have access to everything you see in the photos! Every corner of this home has been thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The entire property feels like a private resort.

The Neighborhood:
This home is in a wonderful neighborhood of Escondido and is walking distance to Lake Hodges (which just reopened!). This is a great area to wake up early and walk around to enjoy nature and see beautiful ranch style homes.

Getting Around:
Conveniently located near Rancho Santa Fe and a mere 25-minute drive to the beach, 30 minutes to the San Diego airport, 10 minutes to local wineries, and 40 minutes to Temecula wine country, our property offers the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. And, with easy access to the I-15, you'll also find yourself just a short drive away from boutique shopping and some of our favorite restaurants.

Other Things to Note:
Contact the host before booking stays longer than 30 days.

Please be aware: the pool is not heated and does not have the possibility to be heated. Also, the water slide next to the pool does not have an active waterline and would prefer it's not used for safety reasons. If you heat the pool, you will be responsible for the cost of the gas used to heat it, which can be up to $300 per day. The hot-tub can absolutely be used and enjoyed!

Please be aware: the backyard is beautiful and full of tons of plants and trees. We pay for bi-monthly landscaping service, but the trees are constantly shedding their leaves. We have a blower in garage that guests are welcome to use if leaves fall on any of the outdoor furniture.

As your host, I prioritize the enjoyment of your stay while also respecting the safety and comfort of our neighbors and community. Before confirming your reservation, please review the following list of property rules:

GUEST
• For security purposes, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on Airbnb, including a clear photograph of your face (so we know the person booking is in fact the person checking in).
• You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property.
• Check-in is 4PM or later. Check-in instructions will be sent via email the morning of your stay
• No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: Doing either will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement involvement.

PETS
• Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the property.

DAMAGE
• We understand accidents happen. In the event of damage occurring at the property, we require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay, prior to check-out.

SMOKING
• Our property is 100% smoke free; including both private and communal areas, the unit itself and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeiture of your security deposit.

EVENTS & GATHERINGS
• We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are daily from 10PM-8AM.

SECURITY
• This property may implement video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Additionally, this property may also use Noise Aware technology to ensure the comfort and security of our guests.

VISITORS
• We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests unless previously authorized by the host.

FILMING & PHOTO SHOOTS
• If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or photo/film shoots of any kind, please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc.


PLEASE NOTE
• Guest agrees to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.
