✦KITCHEN: Our fully-stocked kitchen offers stainless steel appliances with oven, range, microwave, full size fridge & freezer, toaster and coffee maker. Kitchen also includes pots & pans, cooking oil, salt & pepper, dish sponge and soap. You will also find washer & dryer located here for ultimate convenience.
✦BATHROOM: Spotlessly cleaned bathroom includes glass entry to shower, plush towels, hair dryer, and premium soaps, shampoos and other body products provided for your use.
✦SLEEPING: Our luxurious king side bed will provide maximum comfort and rejuvenation during your stay. The couch also converts into a full size bed with cushions, sheets and additional blankets provided.
✦DINING: Enjoy fine dining, bistros, burgers, sandwich shops, Hawaiian style food, sushi places, Mexican food, coffee shops, ice cream and gelato shops all within walking distance or a couple minutes drive!
✦LOCATION: Kihei is known to have the sunniest weather and least rain in all of Maui, and sunsets from the beach are truly spectacular. Our condo is directly across the street from Kihei's best swimming beaches (Beach Parks Kamaole I & II.)
These beach parks are renowned for their soft sand, regular sunshine and safety for swimming. They also offer showers, picnic tables and open lawn space.
✦SHOPPING: There are dozens of dining and shopping options within a 5-10 minute walk (or 1-3 minute drive) including a Hawaiian Moons local health food store just next door with a hot food bar and salad bar, bar & grill restaurants, pizzerias, bakeries, ice cream, gift shops, beach equipment rentals, and an open air market.

➾PLEASE do not sneak additional guests in or you will be asked to leave without a refund

➾NO shoes inside. Guests agree to remove shoes in the entryway before going inside.
➾An additional fee will be assessed if excessive cleaning is required upon your departure
➾Check-in is anytime after 4 PM (late check-in is no problem!)

➤FAQ'S—PLEASE READ BEFORE INQUIRING:
☞PARKING: There is a private parking lot for our building in which you will always find an available space.
☞MAIL: Yes, you can receive packages here. Please inquire for more information. The local post office also accepts mail general delivery.
☞PRIVACY: The condo is completely private and shares no living spaces, windows or doors. Your lanai (deck) is also private. The rooftop deck & grill are shared and you are likely to meet wonderful people here around sunset!
☞INFANTS: We do welcome parents with infants, but we do not have any cribs or other infant items. Toddlers and kids under 12 are not recommended.
☞INTERNET SPEED: We have super fast 500 mpbs internet service that serves well for all work functions.
☞EXTRA GUESTS: Typically we only host 1–2 guests at a time because the condo can feel tight with 3 or more people, and the additional sleeping arrangements are not ideal.
The sofa does fold out to be a queen size bed, but it is quite lumpy and guests have reported that it is not very comfortable. We also have a small folding futon pad that can be used either on the floor, or on top of the sofa bed for more support.
If your extra guest has back issues or sensitivity, our place may not be the best fit to accommodate them. But we do make exceptions when appropriate, and there is a $35/night additional charge for extra guests to cover more cleaning, washing of extra linens, and general wear & tear.
☞PETS: Our building does not allow non-service dogs in the complex. For registered service animals, we can accommodate hypoallergenic breeds only due to cleaning concerns for future guests with allergies.
➤GUEST ACCESS:
✷You will have full access to our building's amenities including a lovely pool and rooftop deck with a 360 degree view, equipped with tables, lounge chairs and commercial grade BBQs.
✷Our unit is on the third floor which can be accessed via elevator or two separate staircases on either side of the building. There is also a lobby area with plants, a small fountain and seats where you can sit and relax on the ground floor.
✷The condo is just across the street from the famous Beach Parks Kamaole I & II where the sand is soft and waves are safe for swimming.
➤OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
➢Kihei's summers are becoming increasingly warm. If you book last minute or arrive late in the evening, please be aware that the condo may take a while to cool down once the AC is turned on.
➢Our building utilizes a quarterly pest control service to help mitigate the presence of insects in all units. The treatment cannot be rendered when guests are in the space, so we ask that if your stay overlaps with a pest control date, that you plan to enjoy the beach or otherwise be out of the condo for roughly a two-hour window, which is typically between 8am and 10am.
