The Space:

When you arrive at our home you will be greeted by the lush green yard and welcoming patio space. Walk in to find our open concept living room, kitchen, and dining room that create the perfect space for memorable gatherings. The living room features a large Smart TV, plush couches, an electric fireplace, and a few games. A stylish bar cart stands ready to elevate your evenings with drinks and laughter. Whether you're preparing delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoying family dinners at the dining table, the seamless flow of this space ensures everyone can be part of the fun.

When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our four private bedrooms:
1) Primary bedroom on the first floor; king sized bed, 50 inch Smart TV, an attached bathroom, and access to the back yard.
2) Second bedroom on the second floor; king sized bed and a nearby bathroom
3) Third bedroom on the second floor; two twin beds and a nearby bathroom.
4) Four bedroom on the third floor; two twin beds, 50 Inch Smart TV, couch, and a nearby bathroom.

Outside, enjoy the spacious yards in the midst of the bustling town. Out back, there is a natural fire pit to cozy up at. In the front there is a porch swing and more seating to watch the flow of Fayetteville.

Guest Access:
Guest Access and Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.

Home to the University of Arkansas, amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Fayetteville does not disappoint. Whether you’re coming up here to visit the University or get a taste of our favorite local eats, there’s something for everyone in your crew.

Getting Around:
Located right off the downtown square, one block from U of A. Public Transit, bike trail access, and ride share available.

★ Dog friendly with a small fee.
★ Washer and Dryer for guest use.
★ Free parking available for 3 cars behind the house.

House Rules Strictly Enforced:
Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000.
Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400. There is a 3-pet maximum.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
