Spend unforgettable days exploring the city or lounging on the beach, and your evenings unwinding in the vast backyard with stories and s'mores around the firepit.

This single-story home sits amidst lush greenery on the northwest side of St. Augustine, less than three miles from the historic district and the heart of downtown. So much is close by, from excellent shopping and dining to famous landmarks such as Ponce de Leon's Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park (two miles) and Castillo de San Marcos National Monument (three miles). If you're eager to soak up the sun on the gorgeous Atlantic coast, head to Vilano Beach (four miles) or St. Augustine Beach (eight miles) for the day.

Begin each balmy Florida morning outside - sipping your coffee in the private backyard and enjoying breakfast on the peaceful screened porch. This is also a wonderful spot to return to in the afternoons with cold drinks, a few appetizers, and a favorite board game from the shelves inside.

With its ample seating and mid-century-inspired furnishings, the interior is cool and comfortable. There's a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a separate dining room, and a living room with a smart TV for movie nights. Bonus features of the house include a desk workspace where you can log onto the complimentary WiFi, central air conditioning, and a private washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
