This stunning 8-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom house is a luxurious oasis nestled in a private gated community, just moments away from the pristine sandy shores of the beach. With ample space to accommodate up to 21 guests, this spacious retreat is perfect for large family reunions. The house has many popular amenities such as an Elevator, free solar heated pool, large private hot tub, beach cabana service Memorial Day to Labor Day (2 umbrellas and 6 chairs) and a gas grill.

The heart of the home is the expansive gourmet kitchen, complete with top-of-the-line appliances where there are 2 dishwashers, ovens, refrigerators pantries and microwaves! The granite countertops and an island provides plenty of space for culinary enthusiasts to prepare delicious meals. Whether you're hosting a formal dinner or a casual brunch, the dining areas can comfortably seat 21, creating the perfect ambiance for shared meals and lasting memories.

The spacious living areas are thoughtfully designed to provide relaxation and entertainment. For those seeking outdoor enjoyment, the private pool and hot tub beckon you to indulge in leisurely afternoons under the sun or tranquil evenings under the stars. As the day draws to a close, retreat to one of the beautifully appointed bedrooms with its en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. In addition to its outstanding amenities, this rental house is ideally situated near the beach, ensuring that you can easily enjoy the sun, surf, and sand. Top Floor: Expansive gourment kitchen with 2 of everything! 2 dinging areas with seating for 20, Center Island with seating for 4. Great room with large TV/blue ray player, bluetooth sound bar, gas fireplace, desk / workspace. Powder room, Reading Loft, King en-suite bedroom with TV and oversized shower, King en-suite bedroom with dual vanity and jacuzzi tub, TV and private deck.

Middle Floor: King ensuite bedroom with TV and private deck, Queen ensuite bedroom with TV and access to deck with large hot tub, Ensuite bedroom with 3 bunk beds, Mid Den w/ large TV and with full bath and Queen bedroom with TV and deck access. Laundry room.

Ground Floor: Full size refrigerator, Den with large TV, Queen murphy bed and ensuite bathroom and access to , Ensuite bedroom with queen and twin bed and TV.

Outside: Gas grill, outside shower, hot tub, large pool with solar heater

Guests are no longer allowed to bring or rent golf carts in the Buck Island Community. 9 TVs, Bed linens provided, beds made prior to arrival, bath towels and bath mats. 300 yards to the beach. gas fireplace (mid Oct. to mid May). 4,400 square feet. Parking for 6 cars. 2024 Pool dates 5/12/2024-9/29-2024. Free heated pool - June and September.
