Our spacious and newly built 2,000 square foot dream house is the perfect weekend and vacation destination for families and groups looking to get together and enjoy the best of San Diego! We can accommodate groups up to 8 people.

The house is multi-level: There are 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, sprawling views, a dining area, luxury kitchen, in-home laundry, and much more for your family and friends to enjoy.

Easy garage and street parking.

Situated on a fantastic Linda Vista Street (Lauretta St.), our large house offers an unbeatable location, near the major freeways, ocean, and tons to do. It's minutes away from the University of San Diego, Sea World, Mission Bay, 10 minutes to Pacific Beach or the zoo, and 15 minutes to the airport and downtown. There are great spots nearby like SuperBloom Coffee & Juice, Fashion Valley Mall, Civita Park, and Snapdragon Stadium.

KITCHEN:
Our new kitchen is large with a ton of counter space. Making large family dinners has never been more convenient. We have a fridge, microwave, oven, and dishwasher.

The kitchen cabinets include dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, and wine glasses. There are a large variety of pots and pans, frying pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, bake ware, can opener, corkscrew, cooking and steak knives. There is a toaster, blender, coffee, and plenty of dishes, plates and tableware to accommodate large groups.

Just off the kitchen is a large dining table, with additional seating in the living room. This main level is great for family gatherings and is the perfect place to come together after a fun San Diego day.


PARKING:
There's room for 2 cars in the garage.

BEDROOMS:
There are four bedrooms-- 1 with King Bed, 2 with Queen beds and, 1 with twin bunkbeds. The king and one queen bedroom bedrooms have walk-in closets and bathrooms attached.

LIVING ROOM:
Open concept living at its finest! Whip up a meal in the chef's kitchen while watching the game. There is plenty of room to lounge and relax in the living room. The living room opens up to the dining area and luxury kitchen.


GAME ROOM:
Unleash the kids (or adults) in the game room right off the living room, with foosball, seating, and board games.

OUTDOORS:
We do have 2 Private Patios for you to enjoy. One off the kitchen with a gas-BBQ. One on the top floor where you’ll take in amazing views of the ocean, bay, and nightly SeaWorld firework show. (Fireworks are NOT year-round).

MISC:
Dogs are welcome! Just let us know when booking. Absolutely NO parties allowed! Please help us respect our neighbors. :)
