This cozy beach apartment is a fully furnished space on the ground floor overlooking the tropical garden and sparkling pool. Built with a secured perimeter wall with controlled access: a 24-hour guard, a closed-circuit camera system, outdoor parking and a gazebo with a BBQ area, as well as our pool with sun loungers.

There is something for everyone to do in this exclusive residential area. You'll also have access to every activity imaginable and it's all very close. You can play golf at one of the most prestigious golf clubs in the area (Cocotal Golf & Country Club) which is only a 7-minute drive away, play tennis, which is also only a 3-minute walk away, snorkel and swim with dolphin watching, deep sea fishing or even enjoying a fabulous horseback ride.
