The spring fed water is clean & the perfect place to bring your own boat or use one of ours!

You'll feel refreshed whether you're working or playing. Come enjoy this peaceful retreat!

This newly renovated 3 bedroom, full bath home provides beautiful panoramic waterfront views from both upper and lower levels with lots of natural light throughout the home. With queen-sized bed in the master, twin-over full sized bunk bed in the second bedroom, full-sized bed in the lower level and a sofa with pull-out trundle in the lower level main room there are plenty of sleeping options for groups and families. In season, the two decks, grassy yard, and landscaped beach provide great spaces to eat and play.

From the house you’ll be able to walk down the front steps to your own private beach with dock to enjoy the water. Swim, paddle boat, play in the sand, sit and enjoy a book, it’s all right there and only steps away from the front door.

While outside you can enjoy spending time on one of the two decks. Use the propane grill and dine at the patio set or relax and chat around the propane fire pit or both! Perhaps you prefer some rest in the hammock, also overlooking the water. The choice is yours and it is all set up for you to enjoy!

Waterfront cottage was just as expected; had everything we needed for a long weekend. Clean and well-stocked. Waterfront was wonderful and great area to relax after busy days. Peter, the host, was quick with replies. We will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I renovated this property with the goal of providing a beautiful and peaceful place for families and small groups to come and enjoy some of what makes southern NH so charming. This waterfront property is surrounded by trees which provides a unique experience of privacy and nature that you don't often get with a property on the water. In the fall the leaves on the trees offer a vibrant palate of colors that reflect off the surface of the water making for excellent scenery and photo ops. Impressive sunset views are magnified over the water, each night the views are unrestricted from the deck. Overall this property is peaceful and you will enjoy being here whether working or playing.
