The classic alpine A-frame gets a beautiful, modern update at this light-filled home in the outskirts of Breckenridge. A haven for skiers and snowboarders, hikers and anglers, this cabin welcomes you back from your daily adventures with a lovely back deck and a private hot tub overlooking the mountains.

This three-story home is tucked into an evergreen grove about three miles south of small-town Blue River. It's a wonderful spot for hiking from the Quandary Peak (three miles) and McCullough Gulch Trailheads (four miles), or fishing for rainbow and brown trout in the pristine waters of the Blue River. Breckenridge Ski Resort - home to 187 trails, 35 lifts, and 2,908 acres of skiable terrain - is just seven miles north.

The house was designed for making the most of the great outdoors, whether that means barbecuing in the fresh pine air or watching the snow pile high from a cozy seat by the gas fireplace. In every season, you'll have views of the mountains and forest through wide glass doors and generous windows and skylights.

Where wood-paneled walls bring warmth and atmosphere to the living room and dining space, the well-equipped kitchen is sleek and modern. After dinner each evening, stream movies in the living room as the kids head downstairs to the rec room (which doubles as a bunk room) to play air hockey and watch movies of their own. When it's time to turn in, you'll find one bedroom in addition to the bunk room downstairs, a bedroom on the main floor, and a sleeping loft upstairs.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
